About

Mieze's sessions are deeply intuitive and a combination of techniques learned over 20+ years of offering bodywork.

She is a Master Healer and Reiki Master.

A session includes loving, therapeutic, compassionate touch + energetic awareness. Blending deep tissue, trigger point therapy with relaxation + energetic alignment.

Mieze has had extensive training in pre and post natal bodywork and care. She has training in the Tibetan lineage, and walked many women through their pregnancies. She also offers chi nei tsang, gua sha, cupping and moxibustion.

If you would like a more subtle energetic session, guided meditation and breathing exercises with energy work are available.
