I have always wanted to be a health care practitioner and I was inspired by the holistic approach chiropractic doctors had towards health-care and well-care. Being in practice for 25 years, I am reminded everyday about how important it is to care for a whole person and it gives me immense joy to help my patients find optimal health.
I specialize in Webster Technique for pregnancy, Pediatric Sacral Occipital Technique, Acupressure for pain management, Cox Flexion- Distraction for spinal misalignment, and Graston and Kinsio-taping for sports injuries.
I practice full spine and extremity adjusting, using gentle non-force chiropractic techniques including: Acupressure, Trigger Point Therapy, Proprioceptive Neuro-muscular Facilitation, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and Facial Stretch Therapy.
